I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean with a great view of the lake, but they weren't ready at check-in, and there was a slight strange smell. The service was very helpful and courteous, making my experience even better. The location was perfect for exploring the area, being within walking distance of so many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The dining was delicious with a good variety of items, including Caribou coffee.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and I was lucky to get an upgrade to a suite with a Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, and a walk-out patio. The service was top-notch with friendly staff always eager to help out. The location was perfect, right at the start of Canal Park, making it easy to explore Duluth. The dining experience was enjoyable with nightly happy-hour drinks and appetizers.

Our engagement weekend in December was made special by the Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, and walk-out patio in the room, despite some issues with excessive moisture. The hotel location near the Canal District allowed us to explore the area easily, though being close to the public bathrooms was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was quite eventful. Despite the strange odor in the rooms and the constant presence of teen girls running around, being only two doors away from the main lounge didn't allow us to change and freshen up before our evening activities. However, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Canal Park, although it could have used a quick tidying up. The service was friendly overall, but there were moments where they seemed annoyed by our requests. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of tasty options every morning. Although there were some downsides, the facilities added to the overall experience.
